  • Generic requests - Is the helmet mandatory?

    For each person participating in the tour we provide a helmet (included in the price of the tour). We disclaim any responsibility if it is not worn.

  • Generic requests - If I miss the boat how can I return to the Garda Ride site?

    Only in the event that the lake service is suspended due to bad weather, recovery is free of charge.
    In all other cases we have a paid pick up service available.

    Recovery prices:
    50 € per person, bicycles included, within 30 km of the tour departure location.
    € 100 per person, bicycles included, from 100 km to 150 km away from the departure location.
    Over 150km away from the departure location: 150 € + 1 € per km.
  • Generic requests - What should I do in the event of a punctured tire?

    In the event of a puncture, contact the Bike Shop emergency number to evaluate whether to take the bicycle to the nearest bicycle shop.

  • Generic requests - Are the tastings included in the price?

    No, the tastings are not included in the price of the tour, you can book directly in the wineries recommended by Garda Ride based on your preferences.
  • Generic requests - Do you also rent bicycle trailers?

    No, the roads are not suitable to use trailers, we do have child seats available.
  • Generic requests - Insurance

    The customer is insured only in case the rented bicycle has caused the accident.
